Document Audit
We audit your architectural drawings and specs. Within 48 hours, we send back a drawing list and Scope Lock — ensuring the project starts with zero ambiguity.
3D BIM Model Build
We build a parametric Revit model from scratch. This is the source of truth; elevations, sections, and connection details are all live-linked to this geometry.
Trade Coordination
The facade model is run against structural steel and MEP backgrounds. Conflicts are resolved in the model, preventing emergency redesigns during install.
Synced Deliverables
Stamp-ready PDFs and DWGs are issued. Because shop and fabrication drawings share the same model, they stay in perfect sync through every revision.

Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, this 30-storey downtown office tower is defined by its sculpted, undulating glass façade. Our work centered on translating that complexity from design intent into buildable geometry. We delivered the complete curtain wall BIM model alongside comprehensive cladding design and coordination. By utilizing 3D scans of the site, we generated highly precise fabrication drawings for the complex soffit panels, resulting in zero fabrication RFIs.
