From Cloud to Model

Data Intake + Audit

We receive your raw scan data (RCP, RCS, E57, etc.). We audit the point cloud for density, coverage, and registration accuracy before modeling begins.

Registration + Cleanup

If required, we refine the registration and clean up noise in the point cloud to ensure the digital 'ghost' of the building is perfectly sharp.

Parametric Modeling

Our team builds the Revit model directly over the cloud data. We don't 'guess'—every wall, mullion, and slab is snapped to the actual site reality.

Verification + Export

The finished BIM model is verified against the cloud. We deliver clean, light-weight Revit files or CAD/IFC exports ready for your design team.

A landmark waterfront development by Bosa Development. To navigate the complex geometry of the podium and daycare building, we utilized raw site 3D scans to generate precise cladding fabrication drawings. This Scan-to-BIM workflow ensured perfect as-built accuracy for the stone cladding installation sequencing and custom curtain wall systems, allowing the fabricator to manufacture with total spatial confidence.

We don't handle the scanning ourselves. Most projects begin with point cloud data provided by the client. When a fresh scan is needed, we coordinate with our trusted local scanning partners and integrate their captured data directly into our modeling workflow.
