From Cloud to Model
Data Intake + Audit
We receive your raw scan data (RCP, RCS, E57, etc.). We audit the point cloud for density, coverage, and registration accuracy before modeling begins.
Registration + Cleanup
If required, we refine the registration and clean up noise in the point cloud to ensure the digital 'ghost' of the building is perfectly sharp.
Parametric Modeling
Our team builds the Revit model directly over the cloud data. We don't 'guess'—every wall, mullion, and slab is snapped to the actual site reality.
Verification + Export
The finished BIM model is verified against the cloud. We deliver clean, light-weight Revit files or CAD/IFC exports ready for your design team.

To navigate the complex geometry of the podium and daycare building, we utilized raw site 3D scans to generate precise cladding fabrication drawings. This Scan-to-BIM workflow ensured perfect as-built accuracy for the stone cladding installation sequencing and custom curtain wall systems, allowing the fabricator to manufacture with total spatial confidence.
